About Us
Our company was founded in 2017 with a mission to help our clients who were struggling to find the right Technical Project Management talent for their IT organizations. Our core team grew up in IT Infrastructure and lived the Shared Services life, which makes us uniquely positioned to recruit the right candidates, or provide our expertise via our consulting services.
We also spent years managing IT organizations and know how many of these teams struggle with juggling operations and projects. We have tons of experience molding Agile, Kanban, or other frameworks to suit the needs of any technical team. The goal isn’t to check a box in a manifesto, the goal is to get work done.
Over the years, the Blue Pisces team has become a Swiss army knife of sorts, continuously expanding our problem solving capabilities and providing real value to our clients. Founder's Bio
Damion is a servant leader. He grew up in IT Infrastructure as an engineer, before moving into executive management and leading global IT teams. Along the way, he became a consultant and found his passion for solving problems.
For over a decade now, he has lead project management transformations in various IT organizations and has sought out to fix the two biggest problems he faced: implementing a sustainable framework to meet executive needs without overburdening engineers, and finding the RIGHT technical project managers.
